One story isn't evidence

A forum post, a study average, and a single tracker each miss a different part of what happened.

A forum, a paper, and a chart

Longevity experiments are easy to start and hard to interpret. A forum thread is one loud anecdote. A paper reports an average that may not describe you. A wearable chart shows your own numbers and nothing about anyone else running the same plan.

The missing middle

Ayuva Protocol is built for the missing middle. You log what you take or do, connect wearables and labs, and see how the same protocol went for anonymized people similar to you — what worked, what didn't, and how it felt.

Observation, not a recommendation

Those comparisons are observations. They are not proof of cause, and they are not a recommendation to start, stop, or change a dose. The point is a clearer conversation with your clinician, and a record of your own experiment that is more than one story.
